The Marshall County Health Department is assisting the Marshall County Commission with the Housing Study & Needs Assessment.  

The Marshall County Commission is requesting your assistance in providing information via the link below to help provide information for a Housing Study & Needs Assessment (HSNA) which will provide an in-depth analysis of the current and future needs for affordable, workforce, market-rate and other housing options of current and future households in the County.  The Commission is requesting you assistance to further identify quantifiable recommendations to bridge any gaps of current, short and long-term periods.  The HSNA will analyze current housing conditions, needs, and evidence-based and creative strategies across the housing continuum both regulatory and non-regulatory to address the needs of Marshall County residents throughout Marshall County, WV and in our municipalities.
