Marshall County Health Department is the ONLY health department in the northern panhandle that offers WV Family Planning.  Our Family Planning Clinics are held monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, by appointment only.  Free or low cost Family Planning. Call for an appointment today, our next Family Planning Clinic is Tuesday, September, 17th.
