Environmental Fee Increases

Moundsville, WV –This is public notice from the Marshall County Health Department. The Marshall County Board of Health approved new fees during their April 20, 2022, regular meeting related to the department’s Fee for Permit for Environmental Health programs. The fee are part of WV 64CSR30, which are rules for fees for public health department permits. The new fees will be effective July 1, 2022. Permits issued on or after that date, including fixed date permits with renewal dates of July 1st will require the new fee in accordance with the Legislative rule. The department will accept written public comments regarding the revised fee schedule no later than 4:00pm on May 20, 2022. The Board of Health will review all comments at the June 15, 2022 Board of Health meeting.
